Phil welcomes guests to a pot-luck meal at his private property in southern New Hampshire. There is a large clearing for sunbathing and cabins in case of inclement weather, one with a hot tub. Bring a towel, flip flops, and food to share, along with a lounge chair if you wish. Shower at home first if you want to use the hot tub. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fee is $30. Close the gate after you pass through coming and going. Check the weather in Derry before coming; don’t rely on the weather where you live. No pets; no politics; no fireworks — leave them at home. If the gate is locked, don’t go in.
