Naturist New Hampshire is a clothing-optional travel club that normally meets at least monthly at various venues throughout New Hampshire and New England. Membership is not required; it is open to all who observe a non-judgmental, non-sexual, and respectful approach to others, ensuring that everyone feels safe and welcome.
We believe that being nude is not only fun, healthy, and good for the soul; it promotes acceptance and awareness of our bodies, as well as age acceptance. Naturism is about freedom, self-esteem, and self-confidence. We welcome families, couples, and singles, and do not discriminate as to race, creed, or gender preference. Naturism is not a sexually oriented activity; rather, it is a practice that respects the human body and the concept that reasonable exposure to the air and sun are beneficial to the body, mind, and spirit.
Clothing, on the other hand, is restrictive, it compresses our bodies, and it limits exposure to the health benefits of air and sun.
Those who practice social nudity are less judgmental of others’ bodies. There is nothing shameful about the body, built as it is in “God’s image.” Being naked allows us to share a wholesomeness that celebrates creation and the natural world.

The Inn at East Hill Farm is preparing to welcome us to an afternoon social and family-style meal on Sunday, December 14, and wants to have a meal count for planning purposes. Naturist New Hampshire needs to know how many to expect by the end of the day today in order to give them that number.
